Job Title: Senior Production Engineer

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical

Industry Preference: Springs Manufacturing / Medical Device Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Engineer to manage and optimize production activities on the shop floor. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Springs manufacturing or the Medical Device industry, with strong technical and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

•              Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient shop floor functioning.

•              Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and minimize machine downtime.

•              Ensure strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards, including ISO 13485 and IATF.

•              Monitor machine performance, maintain production documentation, and support production planning activities.

•              Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement projects to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.

•              Train, guide, and supervise operators while collaborating with cross-functional teams for operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

•              B.E. Mechanical is mandatory.

•              Proven experience in Springs Manufacturing or the Medical Device Industry.

•              Strong technical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues and drive solutions.

•              Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.

•              Good communication, documentation, and planning abilities. 

Salary: 35k to 45k
